Recipes

This page will be updated at the end of the day every day with the recipes I used for that day's Menu. I look forward to you guys sharing your recipes with me as well it will get posted here "formally" at the end of the day I tried it. Taste, texture, flavor, ease of cooking etc will be posted with the menu page at the end of each meal.

  1. Breakfast was very simple.
    Plain Coconut yogurt, 1tsp coconut crystals and a few cubes of papaya.
    very fresh not too sweet, and ofcourse the two tropical falvors of papya and coconut blen well together. It's a keeper
    BTW Coconut yogurt is almost better than regular yogurt imo

  2. For Lunch I made a mixture of sweet brown rice and brown basmati rice
    roasted beets, golden rasins soaked on coconut water, napa cabbage, and chicken breast sauteed in coconut butter and coconut aminos. Mix mix toss toss serve.

  3. Dinner March 9 was leftovers because I made way too much of the rice dish, which I have yet to name.
    March 10,

    Glutenfree steel cut oats with blueberries simmered in coconut milk
    Dinner half a baked sweet potato with allspice and a smal amount of coconut butter and a sliced pear.

  4. March 11,
    Horrible nights sleep so I slept through breakfast and just had my vitamin shake with pinapple when I woke up.
    Lunch was the other half of my sweet potato from last night.
    dinner tonight Salmon Fillet with a veganaise dill sauce, cauliflower and spinach ragu with coconut milk for creaminess and I'm trying to decided between quinoa and brown rice. Pics to post later
